How To Install Custom Theme In Blogger?

Step=1) Go To Blogger
Open your web browser and enter blogger.com in the address bar. 

Step=2) Sign In With Your Google Account

When the Blogger page opens. You will be asked to sign in(in case you're logged out). If You already signed in to your Google account( Then Skip This Step).

Step=3) Choose Your Blog

If you manage more than one blog, then you need to choose one blog from the dropdown(in the left-side) in which you want to install a custom theme.

Step=4) Click Theme Tab

In the blogger dashboard, we can see tabs (Like Posts, Stats, Pages,  Theme, etc) You need to click the theme tab.

Step=5) Click Backup & Restore

When We open the theme tab.we can see Backup & Restore Button in the Upper Right Corner. Click The Button.

Step=6) Backup your current Theme

Before Installing a custom theme, we need to backup the current theme. For Backup, Click Download Full Theme Button and your current theme will be backed up.

Step=6) Is Recommended Only If you want to use your current theme later.

Step=7) Click Browse

Now After back up, click Browse button and choose your theme from your computer or mobile.

Now Click Upload Button And Your Theme Will Be Installed.
